How do you run dating ad for affiliate offers?
Quote from johncena140799 on April 18, 2026, 5:46 amI’ve been trying to figure this out lately. Running ads for affiliate offers sounds simple at first, but when it comes to dating, it feels like a completely different game. Anyone else struggling with this?
When I started, I thought I could just copy what works in other niches. But dating ads didn’t behave the same way. Either the ads got rejected, or the traffic didn’t convert into anything useful. It felt like I was spending money just to “test” endlessly without real direction.
I did come across this page on Run Dating Ad early on, and it helped me understand that dating traffic needs a slightly different mindset. It’s less about pushing hard and more about matching intent. Once I stopped trying to oversell and focused more on simple, curiosity-based creatives, things started to improve.
From what I’ve seen, softer angles work better. Instead of aggressive messaging, I tried more natural hooks like questions or relatable situations. Also, landing pages matter a lot more than I expected. If the page feels too “salesy,” people just bounce.
Another thing I noticed is that not all traffic sources behave the same. Push ads brought quick clicks but not always quality. Native ads felt slower but gave better engagement overall. It took some trial and error to figure that out.
I wouldn’t say I’ve mastered it yet, but it’s definitely getting better with small tweaks. If you’re just starting, maybe focus less on scaling fast and more on understanding what kind of audience actually responds to your ads.
Would be interesting to hear how others are approaching this in 2026. Are you testing different angles or sticking to one method?
