Reloading in the open is one of those habits that feels harmless until the killcam shows exactly why you lost. Reach solid cover first, then reload, plate up, check your equipment, and listen. Sometimes the right choice is to hold the new angle rather than rush back for revenge. Your health, ammo, and position tell you whether the fight is worth taking again. In objective modes, staying alive can protect the hill, flag, or uplink for longer than one extra elimination.
